TeamUSAnet
TeamUSAnet, a joint effort with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), is the first career management web site designed to assist U.S. Olympians and Olympic hopefuls in leveraging their Olympic experience while seeking new career aspirations. This legacy program is an exclusive site that features an assortment of offerings, including a comprehensive resume-builder, job search tools, an Olympian mentoring network, and other distinctive content that caters specifically to Olympians and Olympic hopefuls.

Team 2002
Team 2002 is an online volunteer community that allows the Salt Lake Olympic Committee (SLOC) to streamline communications with 26,000 Olympic volunteers, while dramatically improving the efficiency in managing this army of staff. The Team 2002 community enables volunteers to interact with each other, maintain close relations with SLOC, and receive Olympic updates and information regarding the Games preparation and training program.

Daron Rahlves, a member of the Olympic and U.S. National Alpine Ski Teams, is a spokesperson for Monster's sponsorship of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Embracing Monster's "Never Settle" philosophy towards life and career, he is the No. 1 ranked downhill and Super G skier in the United States, and in February 2001, he won the gold medal in the Super G at the World Championships in Austria.

iFair
Monster and the SLOC will host a Virtual Career Fair (iFair) to aid the 1,200 paid SLOC staff in their post-Olympic job search. The iFair will allow the SLOC staff to interact with potential employers in real time via the Internet. In addition, Monster will help the SLOC reach their goals by providing special instructions on how to use Monster to seek new career opportunities.

F.L.A.M.E.
Monster has created the first online community for F.L.A.M.E., a USOC program focused on educating and exposing minority student leaders to the Olympic movement and its ideals. For the first time, F.L.A.M.E. students have access to centralized information online and can foster ongoing relationships with one another, the USOC, and Olympic athletes through the F.L.A.M.E. web site.
