DIANA'S WORDS OF WISDOM:
"The journey of becoming an Olympian brings about a self-awareness that you may not realize if you never went in pursuit of a dream. For example, learning what your body's limits are, how you react psychologically under pressure, the excitement of traveling the world and learning about different cultures, developing a team camaraderie, and handling the ups and downs of winning an losing. The journey is not always fun, but I believe that you are a better person after going through it."

"In pursuing a career after sports, it's important to do some soul searching in finding passions other than your sport (unless you can find a career in it), as well as what can translate into a career and keep you happy."
